Return

We want you to shop with confidence and enjoy your experience with Empire Diecast. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We have a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Simply email us at info@empirediecast.com and let us know the reason for the return and we will reply with the return/exchange instructions within 24 hours. 

  1. All items may be returned for any reason. We do not accept returns that pass the 30-day period deadline, as well as damaged item exchanges that pass 10 days of receipt. All items must be MINT in their original manufacturer box, packed the way the manufacturer packed them and free of any price stickers.
  2. Special orders such as custom products or personalized items, collection items, model kits, gift cards and 'chase releases' cannot also be returned.
  3. If the item is returned to us because of an insufficient address provided or the customer was not available to sign for the package (in some cases we do require a signature on delivery), original shipping fee in this case is non-refundable.
  4. We are not responsible for lost packages in the event you moved and forgot to change your shipping address.
  5. Returns of $200.00 or more must have prior approval and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

We take special care in packing your order, but some items may shift in transit and may cause parts to become loose or fall off. Please note that very minor imperfections on models, while not common, do occur.

All damaged items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please keep the original manufacturer box and shipping carton and email us right away. All defective models may be returned for a replacement for identical items only. Please note that any items which have been glued or altered will not be accepted back for refund or exchange.

 

Cancellation

At Empire Diecast, we’re dedicated to providing you with the best possible service and ensuring your experience with us is a positive one. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, just let us know by emailing us at info@empirediecast.com.

Please note that due to the nature of our business, pre-orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
